Shipping your items in the shopping cart as you browse proceed to the checkout. Once you’ve provided the delivery address and chosen a shipping method, the costs will be calculated and shown on screen. You don’t need to complete the order just yet, as there are still a few more details that need to be entered before the order is finalised. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You may exchange any unused or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date.

ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. 15% Restocking fee will be applied to all returns! Buyer responsible for All return shipment fees. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund. We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demands for our products. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 14 day mark. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy. Still have questions? If you are unhappy with the Armolan product you have ordered, you can return the product for a refund. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

4. If Film is defective, please write a roll number and attach piece of defective film and mail to Us for replacement Return Exceptions. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. . If we have accidentally shipped the incorrect product to you a full refund, including shipping costs, will be made.

Only complete and unused products will be refunded. Please return the complete product in its original packaging.
